Please Note:

When planning to send insulin, here’s a helpful tip – wrapping it in bubble wrap alongside an ice pack in a plastic bag is pretty effective.

And, rest assured, insulin can safely stay at room temperature (non-refrigerated) for 28 days without losing its efficacy. So, there’s no need for concern!

What supplies do people with diabetes need?

For both Type 1 and Type 2 people with diabetes, there are a few items required to properly manage your diabetes.

Because everyone is different, it’s important that you talk to your health care professional to determine which items you need to manage your condition.
